Bug Report: Card Preview Checkbox Cannot Be Deselected

Location: Database → Gallery View → Layout Settings → Card Preview

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a database in Gallery view
2. Open Layout settings (right panel)
3. Under Card preview, select "Page content"
4. Try to deselect/uncheck "Page content" by clicking it again

Expected Behavior:

Clicking the currently selected "Page content" option should deselect it (toggle off), reverting the card preview to "None" or allowing the user to clear the selection.

Actual Behavior:

The "Page content" checkbox remains checked and cannot be toggled off. The selection is stuck — clicking it again has no effect.

Environment:

• Notion Web App
• Gallery view with "Page content" card preview enabled

Impact:

Users cannot remove the card preview once "Page content" is selected, which affects gallery view customization.
